Podere Mezzastrada is immersed in the lush Tuscan countryside between Florence and
Siena and is located on a hill in the Certaldo wine-making area, the home of Chianti wine.
Firenze - Impruneta exit from the A1 motorway, continue in the directions for Siena. Tavarnelle Val di Pesa exit, follow the signs for Tavarnelle. At the fourth roundabout follow signs for Certaldo / Marcialla / Montespertoli. In Marcialla continue towards Fiano.
Take the FI-PI-LI highway (Florence-Pisa-Livorno). Ginestra Fiorentina exit and follow the signs for Montespertoli. Arriving at the Baccaiano roundabout, follow the signs for Lucardo, Fiano, Certaldo. Go past the built-up area of Lucardo and continue towards Marcialla.
